Shipping

• Shipped from Luxembourg within 2 to 4 business days after payment, with a tracking number.
• Estimated delivery times: Luxembourg 1 to 3 business days, European Union 3 to 7, United Kingdom 5 to 10, United States and Canada 7 to 15.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, for example from €10.38 to Luxembourg and Belgium, €12.68 to France, €15.33 to the Netherlands and €15.76 to Germany.
• Free shipping on orders of €200 or more when the shipping rate is €40 or less (including Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy).
• Free pickup at our Strassen showroom, usually ready within 24 hours.
• Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

• You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
• Write to us at info@vengoh.com or on WhatsApp at +352 661 930 931 with your order number: we will send you the return instructions.
• Online orders can be returned free of charge at our showrooms in Strassen and Luxembourg-Hollerich. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
• Wrong size or colour: we arrange an exchange subject to available stock, or we refund you.
• Refund within 14 days after we receive and check your return, to the payment method used.
