In short: you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Items must be unworn, with their tags attached. Write to info@vengoh.com and we will guide you through the return.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return your order without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods. Sending us your return request before the end of this 14-day period is enough to meet the deadline.

2. Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of use may be refused or partially refunded.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to return an item

Email info@vengoh.com (or WhatsApp +352 661 930 931) with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm and send you the return instructions.

You can also return an online order free of charge at one of our showrooms in Strassen or Luxembourg-Hollerich.

4. Return costs

Return shipping is at your expense, except when the item is defective or when we shipped the wrong item: in those cases the return is free of charge for you.

We recommend using a tracked shipment; the goods remain under your responsibility until they reach us.

5. Refund

Once your return is received and checked, we will refund the returned items in full (and the standard delivery cost if the entire order is returned) within 14 days, on the payment method used for the order.

6. Exchanges

Wrong size or colour? Tell us in your return request: we will arrange an exchange subject to available stock, or refund you so you can reorder.

7. Defective items

All our products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is defective, contact us at info@vengoh.com: return, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
